Born in Kashmir on March 2, 1992, Mohd Syeed is more than an artist; he's a visionary for peace. His award-winning art, influenced by Kashmir and Bengal, is a catalyst for discussions on justice. Holding degrees like MFA, MPS, and BVA, along with various diplomas, Syeed dreams of a united world as a Peace and World Citizenship Activist. Leading World Through Art (WTA), he creates a diverse space for studies. For Syeed, the journey is about shared experiences and love, weaving a narrative that unites us all as one global family.

Achievement: Master of Fine Arts (MFA) Degree from Visva Bharati Shantiniketan

 I am delighted to announce the successful completion of my academic career with the award of a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from Visva Bharati Shantiniketan. This revolutionary journey began in June 2018 and ends in November of 2020

Influential Mentors in Academic Development

Mr. Sanchayan Gosh, Mr. Showkat Kathjoo, Mr. Nowshaad Gayoor, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mr. Shafi Chaman, Mr. Sheraz Ahmad, Mr. Khursheed and Mr. Hilal Khan were also influential in developing my academic interests.

Diverse Academic Accomplishments

Aside from my MFA, I have a Master’s degree in Political Science, a Diploma in global governance, a Diploma in English, a teaching diploma, and a computer fundamentals. My Bachelor’s foundation is in Visual Arts, from which I graduated in May 2018 and was awarded a gold medal at Kashmir University’s 20th convocation. Philosophical Enlightenment and Broadened Horizons

Philosophical perspectives of Socrates, Garry Davis, Thomas Paine, Martin Luther King, and Jacques Derrida increased my intellectual perspective on existence, and my mentors broadened my life choices.

Kala Bhavana, Visva Bharati University – Shantiniketan: A Transformative Haven

I am grateful to Kalabhavana, Visva Bharati University- Shantiniketan, for going above and beyond the call of professionalism. It has transformed into a haven, providing a hospitable environment for cultural, intellectual, artistic, linguistic, economic, and liberal studies, among various other pursuits.

Finally, I’d like to extend my deepest thanks to my helpful professors, particularly Mr. Sanchayan Ghosh, as well as my MFA classmates and batchmates. In addition, I am thankful for my family members and everyone who has contributed to this success. This achievement is a monument to shared experiences, love, collaboration, and joy.   

As I continued on my voyage, I always brought the fruits of my great academic journeys to me: examination, kindness, love, equality, oneness, one family, one world, and peace.
